I was concerned that maybe I had a UTI. I did not wait long, was listened to very carefully, left a specimen, then talked to the doctor about treatment once an infection been confirmed. We talked about different antibiotics and decided on Cipro. The doctor told me what symptoms to watch for and told me to call if I didn't feel better I'm 24-48 hours. They would also inform me of my particular situation was resistant to the antibiotic. My problem was resolved efficiently and satisfactorily.

Except for the callous handling of my distressed 2:14 pm phone call (taken by a young lady), my experience was good.
