Love this urgent care. Have had nothing but awesome experiences here…until yesterday. This visit was disappointing and I’m angry. The medical assistant was awesome, thorough. The NP that saw my daughter shamed me for not COVID testing her and then was very flippant about her diagnosis. She provided no advice on what to do to help her except take a decongestant. (I home tested her for COVID and it was negative). She had been battling allergies, it was getting worse, and she is supposed to leave soon for a school trip. Not happy with her attempt to shame me at the expense of helping my daughter.

The best service so have ever had at an Urgent Care. The entire staff was so wonderful. I was in and out in a very timely manner. Diagnosis and treatment within less than an hour! I highly recommend this place!

Efficient and fast! Came in with significant cold like symptoms, PA swabbed for multiple things (COVID, strep, flu, and rsv). PA and nurse assistant were great and thorough. Thank you!
