Everyone was super nice and caring from the front desk, medical assistant, to the doctor etc. I definitely would recommend this facility to others. The service was quick and the staff made it easy to get the exams done.

Recently I had to visit the Emcura facility on Mack near Vernier Rd.in Grosse Pointe Woods. I came down with an upper respiratory infection and knew I'd need an antibiotic to get rid of it.
Just like this time last year, I was greeted by a friendly young woman who introduced herself as Nicole. A quick glance around the foyer and two waiting rooms (one for those with children, and one just for adults), reassured me that this newer facility was still spotless and nicely designed with some creature comforts like attractive furniture, two tv's, and also a coffee pot!
I feel better walking into a medical practice if I approve of what I see, especially after they noted that I had come at a good time, because they had been very busy earlier. Someone took the time to make sure that the waiting area was straightened up.
It only took a few moments to confirm my info in their computer and I was taken back to one of the exam rooms. Soon Matt, a PA I presume, addressed me and I filled him in on the particulars of this latest annoyance. He said I'd need an antibiotic and wondered if I remembered which one I took last year for an infection very similar to this one. I didn't but he named a couple and Doxycycline rang a bell. After a brief exam of the throat and ears I was on my way! My rx was promptly sent to my pharmacy. I picked it up within 15 minutes and I was home within an hour after leaving the house! Gone are the days when these necessary inconveniences take 3 hours at an ER. Thanks Nicole! Thanks Matt! Thanks Emcura!
