The personnel at the front desk are friendly and professional, a good first impression. The nurse/ medical assistant is also kind and professional making me feel welcome a second time. The PA was, friendly of course! Your whole staff makes me feel welcome and heard.
The PA listened fully to my concerns and ruled out problems in my lungs which was my concern. She sent me home with advice to treat my symptoms as a virus.
I’m very happy to have come here as a regular patient after several urgent care visits.
My psychiatrist was impressed with your services when I told her about my experiences. She said she’d be interested in letting her patients know of your seven days/week availability. She asked for something to hand out but the cards I received all reference the W. Maple office.
