I believe every urgent care clinic should have an M.D. present during all open hours along with a physicians assistant so that any special or specific needs case can be confirmed or verified by a doctor. That was not my situation due to my “simple” case, but I noticed that many clinics do not have an M.D. present and it seems strange to me… if it’s a medical clinic a doctor should be there too.

Besides being prompt & professional-after I told the ladies that I prefer natural, holistic healing b4 taking prescription drugs-they let me know that they too are open to that. We briefly talked about the bad pesticides in our food chain & about Dr. Supak S. I would come to this medical facility all the time for wellness visits or any other medical need. So happy u r in my neighborhood! Staff was very friendly! And the follow-up call was such a nice out-of-the ordinary gesture! Thank you!

I didn’t see a doctor, but the NP and other person ( I couldn’t tell what their title was- MA OR RN) were both very good and knowledgeable. Prompt and professional.

They took care of me. I mean they really took care of me. A cultural was sent in so waiting for that but everyone was trying to fix me. All were very professional but very human. It’s the only place my wife or I go, unless we are out it country. Thank you all

Staff was efficient and pleasant. New, clean facility. I walked in, completed minimal paper work, saw very professional PA after only 5 minutes.
