Saw NP Jenna for ear that was impacted with wax. Jenna and medical assistant Allison (?) worked very hard to try to get the wax loose with some,although not total, success. Apparently the wax was high up in the ear canal. Jenna recommended some ear drops for a few days and then I may return or make an appointment with my ENT.
The staff here is very nice, the facility is spotlessly clean, and the experience very pleasant
