The Intake & Labs
Kick things off by booking an intake appointment with any Emcuraprovider. We review your questionnaire, discuss your health goals and order or review lab panels.
Step 2
The Specialist Consultation
Once your lab results are ready, make a dedicated"discussion appointment" (20–30 minutes) with our program specialists. We will begin formulating your personalized plan.
Step 3
Ongoing Optimization
True wellness is an ongoing process. Through subsequent visits,we will re-evaluate, trend your progress and improvements over time, and make necessary adjustments to help meet your goals!

Dr. Supak Sookkasikon MD ABOIM is board-certified in Integrative Medicine, completing her fellowship at the University of Arizona, completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Michigan and is Menopause-certified. Dr Supak has over 20 years of Longevity and Wellness experience.

Dr. Jen Ruel DNP FNP ENP ABAAHP is a tenured professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, the Director of their Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner programs, is a board certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner, and is certified from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as an Integrative and Functional Medicine provider. Dr Ruel has over 20 years of clinical experience.
